Refund Policy

Since 121 Mobile is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once an order is received by us. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any of the Services in our Site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the Services we supply. Therefore, we may, at our sole discretion, honor some requests for refund on the following reasons:

Campaigns. If you have fulfilled all relevant requirements to launch a campaign and the campaign is not physically launched due to any deficiency on our part, we recommend contacting us at support@my121mobile.com for assistance, and we will try to rectify such defect, or, at your choice, issue a full refund.

Monthly plans. If you purchased one of our monthly Services plans and haven't used any of the Services provided under such plan within 90 days since the day of the purchase, you may request a refund. However, we will not issue a refund if more than 90 days have passed from the day you first purchased the plan.
